The Transfer Alliance Project (TAP) and Community College Transfer Services program have officially merged into one!
UC Berkeley's Community College Transfer Services reflects our new program model that we piloted in the 2024-2025 academic year. Our new program model allows us to reach more students and extend our support to community colleges throughout the state particularly in regions with the greatest need for dedicated transfer resources.
To connect with our program and receive important UC announcements, our transfer newsletter, and updates on upcoming transfer events and webinars, please submit our CCTS Student Intake Form below:
2025-2026 CCTS Student Intake Form
Expanded Inclusivity. CCTS is open to all students from any California Community College interested in transferring to UC Berkeley or any University of California campus. How do students join? Simply fill out our intake form (link is external)to be connected to our program's resources.
Transfer to Success Webinar Certification. Our popular Transfer to Success Webinars are more than just informational sessions. Students can ear a certification for each semester they participate and can highlight these certificates on their UC Applications and resumes.
UC Wide Transfer Preparation and Exploration. CCTS not only offers support to students interested in transferring to UC Berkeley, we help California community college students navigate transfer opportunities throughout the UC System. As a University of California Transfer Prep program our mission is to help demystify the UC transfer process for community college students throughout the state.
Enhanced Focus on the TAP Planner. The UC Transfer Admission Planner (UC TAP) remains the key tool for tracking academic progress toward UC transfer requirements. As part of our program re-model all CCTS students will be required to create a TAP planner (link is external)and update it each semester to ensure that they stay on track.
Transfer Fellows Program. Our transfer fellows are current UC Berkeley students and role models who have already navigated the transfer process. They support students with learning how to balance academics, extracurriculars and personal life to help students envision their own success at the University of California.
